Pavana Tasanabriboon, owner and chef of Pawana Thai cuisine has already had 3 successful restaurant businesses under her belt before she opened Pawana Thai cuisine in 2006. In Thailand, Her first restaurant enjoyed wide spread acclaim, and her business, Sweet Ginger, in florida was no different. Positive reviews were common, as Pawana always promises her customers the best of Thai cooking. The recipes are always original, and have been passed down from her mother.

Pavana has been in the business for more than 30 years, and she knows what's important in the restaurant.
